i can see call hitting to asterisk.no extention are ringing.I guess configuration is having problem.

My requiremnt:

Customer care Hotline:26112262

Customer will call to 26112262
IVR Manu will ask : Press 1 For Sales and press 2 for Marketiing.

Sales Dept will map with 2 PBX extensions and will ring for answer simultaneously.

Marketing Dept will map with 2 PBX extensions and will ring for answer simultaneously.

ISDN BRI has 4 Concurent call.

All PBX extensions should make Outgoing local call through ISDN BRI.
All PBX extensions should make Outgoing overseas call through SIP trunks.

all extensions should able to music on hold.
all extensions should able to transfer each other.

Please advised me above configurations steps by steps.
